What We Collect and Why
Contact Form
When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company name, and message content. We use it exclusively to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server Logs
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical data: IP address, browser type, referrer URL, and pages visited. This is necessary to operate the site and diagnose errors. We do not cross-reference this with any personal data. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are automatically deleted according to Vercel's retention policies (typically 30 days).
Performance Metrics
We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance (load times, Core Web Vitals). Data is aggregated and anonymised — no individual profiles, no cross-session tracking.
Who We Share Data With
We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the vendors we need to operate the site:
- Vercel, Inc. (US) Web hosting and performance metrics. Data transfer to the US is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Email provider To deliver contact form notifications to us. Messages are processed for delivery and not permanently stored on their servers.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain contact data for the duration of our business relationship and for two years after it ends. Once the purpose for processing no longer applies, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights over your data:
- Access — find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
